EcmPrivateDocuments Home

Use the EcmPrivateDocuments Home page to create and manage ecmprivatedocuments related to an activity.

The EcmPrivateDocuments Home page displays the following information:

• A Search sub-panel where you can enter the subject or a contact name to search for a specific ecmprivatedocument. To perform an advanced search using additional fields, click the Advanced Search tab. To customize and save the search layout and results, click the Saved Search & Layout tab.
• A list of existing ecmprivatedocuments along with related information such as contact and any attachment.
• To view the ecmprivatedocument details, click its subject.
• To update or delete multiple ecmprivatedocuments, select them from the list, and use the Mass Update sub-panel to perform the action.
