🚀 Major refactor: Reorganize project structure

- Move WebAPI/ → src/Backend/DiunaBI.WebAPI/
- Move Frontend/ → src/Frontend/
- Move Deployment/ → deploy/
- Add proper .NET 8 solution structure
- Add plugin architecture with DiunaBI.Plugins.Morska
- Clean
